Canine Distemper Virus Antigen Rapid Test Kit
Canine Distemper is an acute infectious disease caused by Canine Distemper Virus (CDV) in dogs, foxes, and mink. It is characterized by biphasic fever, rhinitis, pneumonia, and severe dyspepsia. The reagent can be used to detect CDV antigen in canine nasal fluid, saliva, conjunctival secretion, urine, serum and whole blood. It can be used for CDV infection screening and auxiliary diagnosis.
【Mechanism of Reaction】
The kit is made by colloidal gold immunochromatographic assay (GICA) principle, the sample is added to the sampling well and moves along the chromatographic membrane together with the colloidal gold marker. If there is CDV anti-principle in the sample, the detection line will show purple red, and if there is no CDV anti- principle in the sample, no color reaction will occur. The CDV specific monoclonal antibody was selected and the CDV specific antigen was detected by sandwich method with high sensitivity and specificity. There was no cross reaction with canine parvovirus and other common canine viruses.
