The reagent is stored at -30Ā ~Ā -15āĀ and store itĀ in shadeĀ . The validity period is 12 months.

ćSample Requirementsć
1.Applicable sample
Throat swab: A special sampling swab should be used to appropriately swab the back wall of the throat and the tonsils on both sides.Ā Quickly place the swab into the specimen collection tube, screw the tube cover tightly and seal to prevent drying.
Whole blood: 2mL venous blood from suspected infected animals was taken into EDTA-2Na anticoagulant tube, centrifuged at 8000rpm for 2min, and appropriate amount of supernatant was taken into 1.5mL sterilized centrifuge tube.
2.Sample Shipping and Storage
The samples collected above can be used for testing immediately, or stored at 2-8Ā°C (less than 24 hours). For long-term storage, please store at -20Ā°C.
Sample Shipping: Low temperature transportation is adopted,repeated freezing and thawing is strictly prohibited.
