- Compact in size, low energy consumption, quick mold changes, user-friendly operation, and easy to clean; features high transmission efficiency, minimal vibration, and low noise during high-speed operation.
- The rotating components are fully enclosed and well-lubricated; the work surface remains free of oil, preventing cross-contamination with the pharmaceutical products.
- The metering disc is surrounded by a retaining rim, which effectively captures any powder thrown off from the underside of the disc; this powder is then recovered and reused via a separate conduit, while simultaneously reducing the amount of dust on the work surface.
- Equipped with a human-machine interface (HMI) and a PLC programmable controller, the system displays real-time production output per minute, cumulative output, and the status of empty capsules and powder. It includes an alert for low capsule levels, an automatic stop function when powder levels are insufficient, and diagnostic prompts for troubleshooting.
