Main Features

Ø The transparent door of the drying chamber is made of aerospace-grade acrylic material, which is non-adhesive, high-strength, and leak-proof, allowing clear observation of the material’s changes during operation.

Intelligent data recording system records the operating data of each component in real time and generates curves. Data can be exported for viewing, printing, and various operations via computer, facilitating process optimization and verification of drying effects.

PC database storage; the amount of data stored is related to the available capacity of the computer’s hard drive (optional).

Ø Defrosting Method:

Cold trap electric defrosting, with both temperature and time control modes, improves defrosting speed and safety.

Vacuum Regulation System: Adjusts vacuum during sublimation and desorption drying processes to avoid bubbling, bottle blowing, and accelerate freeze-drying efficiency issues associated with special substances. Optional negative pressure gas mixing system interface with built-in 0.2μm filter to reduce secondary sample contamination; can be backfilled with nitrogen or inert gas. (Optional)
