Equipment Introduction

The RNE90362 rotary automatic filling and capping machine is a product independently developed and manufactured by our company. It is suitable for automatic filling, stopper pressing, cap crimping or screwing of vials, essential oil bottles, and perfume bottles. The complete set of equipment consists of bottle unscrambling, filling, stopper pressing, cap feeding, and capping modules. It features stable production and strong versatility for packaging materials. Additionally, our company offers high-speed filling and sealing equipment with a capacity of 180-300 bottles per minute.

1. The turntable drive adopts a self-developed servo divider. Compared with the cam structure available on the market, it has the advantages of small size, light weight, and easy installation. The angle can be adjusted freely, and the return-to-origin function realizes automatic reset. It operates at high speed and is easy for customers to operate.
2. For the capping module, imported steel sheets (independently developed and produced by our company) are used, which undergo quenching and hardening treatment. These steel sheets are compatible with caps of different materials. Compared with high-speed cutter-type models, they are less likely to generate debris and cause damage to packaging materials.
3. For bottles of the same diameter, the capping height can be adjusted. The equipment will automatically alarm if there is no inner stopper. Bottles are loaded and unloaded in the same direction, facilitating operator operation.
4. The vibratory feeder adopts an exclusive frequency conversion control method, ensuring smooth feeding especially for white soft silica gel (non-butyl rubber) materials.
5. The whole machine is compact and equipped with Fuma castersfor movement, allowing easy pushing and pulling by one person.

1. Peristaltic pump is used for filling, enabling aseptic filling and easy cleaning.
2. Four-piece capping design ensures no scratches during sealing.
3. Bottles are fed and discharged in the same direction, facilitating operator operation.
4. The bottle collection tray can be removed to connect with a labeling machine or other conveyor belts.
5. Both the filling and the inner stopper vibratory feeders are located inside open RABS.
6. Alarms and shuts down automatically when there is a lack of stoppers or caps.
7. All height adjustments can be completed within 20 seconds.
8. Complies with GMP certification standards.
