The REAGEN Gripper-type Vial Inspection Machine is a fully automated visual inspection system designed for transparent or translucent containers, such as vials, oral liquid bottles, and eye drop bottles. It offers comprehensive, multi-angle defect detection with no blind spots—covering everything from the cap, neck, and body to the base, and inspecting for issues ranging from cosmetic flaws to foreign particles and liquid fill levels. Optional modules for laser-based headspace oxygen analysis and leak detection are available, ensuring reliable, individual inspection for every single bottle.

What Does “Gripper-style” Mean?

Traditional inspection machines often utilize a bottom-support structure, which tends to cause light obstruction and create inspection blind spots. In contrast, Santuo employs a gripper-based, suspended design without a base, keeping the bottle in a “suspended state” during inspection; combined with an active rotation system, this enables 360° imaging with no blind spots. This design not only improves lighting uniformity but also ensures the integrity and accuracy of image acquisition.
