Workflow Description
- Capsule Feeding and Sorting: Empty capsules are poured into the hopper, fed through the feeding mechanism into the capsule hopper, and sorted oriented so that the capsule caps face down as they enter the mold.
- Capsule Separation:The mold carries the capsules to the separation station, where vacuum suction separates the capsule caps from the capsule bodies.
- Powder Filling:Â A rotating metering disc fills the capsule bodies with a measured amount of powder.
- Defective Capsule Removal: Unseparated or damaged empty capsules are automatically removed.
- Capsule Locking:The capsule caps and capsule bodies are precisely aligned and pressed together for a tight lock.
- Finished Product Discharge:Finished capsules are ejected from the mold and flow out of the discharge port, completing the production cycle.
