Product Description
REAGEN This kit is used for detection the levels of Nipah virus antibody in serum, plasma and related liquid samples.
Procedure Overview
REAGEN This kit uses a double antigen sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) to detect human Nipah virus antibody in serum, plasma and related liquid samples. With the purified antigen was coated with a microplate to make a solid phase antigen, which could be combined with Nipah virus antibody in the sample, after washing to remove the unbound antibody and other components, it is combined with the HRP-labeled antigen to form an antigen-antibody-enzyme-labeled antigen complex.
After thorough washing, the TMB Substrate was added for color development. TMB is converted to blue color under the catalysis of HRP enzyme and in the action of acid
going to turn it into the final yellow. The absorbance (OD value) was measured by microplate reader at a wavelength of 450nm, which was in phase with the CUT OFF value to determine the presence or absence of Nipah virus antibody in the samples.
