Vacuum freeze dryers are widely used in medical, pharmaceutical, biological research, chemical, and food industries. Freeze-dried items are easy to preserve for long periods and can be restored to their pre-freeze-drying state after adding water, maintaining their original biochemical characteristics. The LGJ-35T freeze dryer is suitable for laboratory use or small-scale production and can meet the requirements of most routine laboratory freeze-drying processes.

Main Features

1. This machine uses an imported compressor for rapid cooling and low cold trap temperature.

2. Unique recording function: Complies with FDA and new GMP requirements; freeze-drying process data can be transferred and stored.

3. Intelligent control: 7-inch touchscreen human-machine interface control allows for automated operation.

4. Vacuum protection function: When the water trap temperature is insufficient to capture moisture, the controller will not start the vacuum pump, thus protecting the vacuum pump.

5. Defrosting function: Electrical defrosting shortens the defrosting cycle.

6. Intelligent data recording: When the drying program runs and the sublimation conditions are met, the running time is intelligently recorded.

7. The vacuum pump connects to the main unit using an international standard KF quick-connect coupling, ensuring simplicity and reliability.

8. Equipped with a gas filling valve, it can be filled with dry inert gas.

9. Each freeze-drying bottle has an independent control rubber valve, allowing for continuous operation within the total ice accumulation capacity of the water trap.

10. The water trap is located on the front of the equipment, making it transparent and visible.
