Product Features

One-step extraction-free nucleic acid release agent, without heating or nucleic acid extraction/purification process, the supernatant can be directly mixed with PCR reaction solution for amplification.

Storage Conditions And Validity Period

The reagent is stored at room temperature and the validity period is 12 months.After the product is used, the sample can be stored at room temperature for 2 days. If you need to store it for a longer time, please store it at -80�C.

Testing Method

1.Take a swab sampled and put it into the nucleic acid release agent sampling tube, break the sampling rod, close the lid, vortex to mix well, and leave it at room temperature for 10 minutes. If it is not tested immediately, the sample should be placed at 4-25 degrees Store under conditions, but not more than 2 days. If you need to store for a long time, store it below -70 degrees.

2.Take the processed sample as the amplification template (no need to mix again when sampling), and the amount taken does not exceed 20% of the reaction system.
