Equipment Introduction
The RNE90350 rotary fully automatic filling and capping machine was developed and manufactured by our company in 2017. It is designed for the automated filling, capping, and locking of vials, essential oil bottles, and perfume bottles. The system consists of five sequential steps: bottle sorting, filling, stoppering, cap hanging, and capping. Its key features include stable production performance and strong compatibility with various packaging materials. Additionally, our company offers high-speed filling and sealing equipment capable of processing 180–300 bottles per minute.
- The rotary disk drive employs a self-developedservoseparator, which offers advantages over commercial cam mechanisms: compact size, lightweight design, easy installation, adjustable angles with flexible positioning, automatic zeroing upon return to the origin, high speed, and user- friendly operation.
- For lid rolling, ourcompany employs imported steelsheets that have been continuously developed and manufactured, subjected to quenching and hardening treatment, enabling universal compatibility with various lid materials. Compared to high-speed cutting blade models, this design offers superior resistance to chip generation and material tearing.
- Achievesidenticalbottle diameter with adjustable sealing height and automatic alarm without internal stopper. The bottle placement and dispensing directions are aligned, facilitating operator convenience.
- Thevibration tray employs an exclusive variable-frequency control system, ensuring smooth material discharge, especially for white soft silicone (not butyl rubber).
- The compact unit features Fuma-wheel mobility, allowing oneperson topush or pull it effortlessly.
