Reverse Transcriptase

M-MLV RT is an RNA-dependent DNA polymerase that transcribe mRNA (>5kb) into cDNA and is better suited for reverse transcription of longer mrnas. M-MLV RT is used to synthesize the first strand of cDNA using RNA as template.
