Description​

This series of equipment is specially designed for the preparation of oral fast-dissolving films, subcutaneous permeation membrane agents, transdermal patches, dental patches, and other film formulations through processes such as coating, for liquid materials. It is suitable for large-scale industrial production, ensuring excellent quality and efficient output, and is widely used in the pharmaceutical, food, cosmetics, and pet industries.

Feature​

▪ It is suitable for the production of single-sided or composite coatings for various food films and pharmaceutical films. The whole machine adopts a main structure with additional modular units, and each module can be independently disassembled or installed.

▪ The equipment’s production operations and all parameter adjustments are fully controlled by a PLC touchscreen panel. The material drying section is independently partitioned, and each segment is equipped with functions for temperature, humidity, concentration, and drying air volume control.

▪ The transmission area and operation area are sealed and isolated with stainless steel plates to ensure that the production section remains in a relatively clean state.

▪ The equipment is equipped with safety alarm functions; when all film materials are used up or break, it will immediately trigger an alarm and stop operation.

▪ All parts of the equipment that come into contact with materials are made of stainless steel or non-toxic materials, complying with GMP requirements and standards. All electrical components comply with UL safety standards.
